Vikram is the Founder and CEO of Consultmed and a practising paediatric respiratory physician, working at the intersection of clinical care, health system leadership and digital innovation. His clinical work spans both in-person and virtual models of care, with a strong focus on using digital technology to improve access, coordination and continuity of specialist care.

He is currently a Senior Lecturer at UNSW Medicine and Health, where he teaches value-based healthcare, and has previously held academic roles at the ANU College of Health and Medicine, leading executive health and systems leadership programmes, as well as at University College London, teaching health leadership and system design.

Consultmed brings together his passion for healthcare and embraces technology to deliver better outcomes for his patients. When he is not in a team huddle, a design workshop or doing a solution demo, you can find him quietly unplugging fax machines in hospitals and clinics near you.

Lucille is a strategic operator who loves turning bold visions into practical, predictable growth. As the Chief of Staff, she acts as the “connective tissue” across the business – building the systems and rhythms that keep our commercial engine running smoothly.

With over a decade of experience scaling three high-growth companies, Lucille is a storyteller at heart who thrives on creating the right conditions for teams to succeed. Her background spans marketing, sales, and operations, giving her a sharp commercial lens. Whether mapping customer lifecycles or building high-performing team cultures, Lucille focuses on bridging the gap between big ideas and sustainable outcomes. Outside of the office, Luci is a fan of beach yoga and travelling with her family.

Stephanie is a Board Director and previously served as Chief of Staff at Consultmed. She is an experienced project manager and Physiotherapist, with over a decade of experience delivering healthcare transformation initiatives across digital health, service redesign and quality improvement.

She is undertaking an industry-based PhD with Consultmed, focused on specialist Clinical Advice & Guidance™ models of care and the use of AI-enabled digital pathways to improve access, reduce delays and support more appropriate care. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in International Healthcare Management from Imperial College London and previously co-founded a microfinance technology company in South East Asia. In her spare time, Stephanie can be found tearing up the dancefloor with her salsa moves.

Cong is the Head of Engineering at Consultmed, with expertise in hybrid cloud platforms, developer tooling, and product-focused engineering. He takes a user-centred approach, collaborating with product, operations, and business teams to clarify problems early and turn organisational goals into practical, maintainable solutions. Consultmed combines his interest in product-led engineering and system design to advance healthcare technology. He enjoys exploring and experimenting with new technologies in his free time.

With a background in business law and international relations, Daniel is a practising medical doctor specialising in medical administration and leadership. He is also an experienced management consultant, bringing a structured, systems-focused approach to healthcare transformation. As Head of Engagement and Outcomes at Consultmed, Daniel works closely with partners and stakeholders to support the adoption of digital solutions that improve healthcare delivery. When not coding, he enjoys producing and mastering music and listening to Pink Floyd.

Angela has a diverse background in medicine, business, and management. She started out studying medicine, but quickly realised her passion in more creative pursuits within the medical industry. She has led programs and projects for a medical investment group, medical professional groups and entrepreneurship programs.

Lindsay is the Head of Operations at Consultmed, where she leads operational delivery, team coordination and service implementation across the organisation. With a strong background in digital health and project management, she supports cross-functional teams and helps embed effective operational processes. Lindsay has a clinical background in optometry and experience supporting professional education for healthcare practitioners. Outside of work, she enjoys musical theatre and creative DIY projects.

Anne, a Registered Nurse, is an experienced healthcare and operations professional with over a decade of experience across nursing education, clinical support, sales, business development, and operational leadership. As Operations Manager at Consultmed, she oversees daily business functions, team leadership, and operations within a digital health environment. Anne blends strong clinical knowledge with business acumen to manage client relationships, support technology integration, and contribute to projects. She is recognised for her adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively across multicultural teams.

Matthew is a GP practicing in a disadvantaged area of Greater Sydney. He is passionate about the value of primary care and utilising technology to help his patients and colleagues. When he is not working, he enjoys going on walks with his family and their rescue greyhound.

With over a decade of experience across technical support, systems management, and project implementation, Nico brings a strong operational understanding of platform performance. As Platform Operations Manager, he focuses on maintaining reliability, supporting integrations, and driving continuous improvements across Consultmed’s systems.

With a background in IT, Nico is known for his practical, solutions-focused approach and ability to navigate complex technical challenges while working closely with cross-functional teams. Outside of work, he enjoys hands-on projects and can often be found tinkering or experimenting in the garden.

Even is working across backend and frontend systems to support and improve software used in everyday healthcare workflows. His work spans feature development, integrations, and system improvement, with a focus on strong engineering standards, dependable delivery, and solving complex technical problems. He values stability, code quality, and the careful handling of privacy and security requirements in healthcare software. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through badminton and tai chi.

Ifaz combines a technical background in Computer Science and Engineering with a passion for creating user-focused digital experiences. As UI/UX Designer and Product Cycle Manager at Consultmed, he bridges the gap between development constraints and intuitive design, turning clinical challenges into simple, validated solutions. He is particularly committed to inclusivity, ensuring digital pathways meet global accessibility standards. Outside of work, Ifaz is a keen photographer and avid FPS gamer, enjoying the fast-paced strategy of competitive play.

As a Project Delivery Manager and Registered Optometrist, Cathy is passionate about creating programs that connect healthcare providers and support better patient outcomes. With over 15 years’ experience across clinical care, account management, and healthcare project delivery, she has led initiatives in referral optimisation, service innovation, and professional development. Cathy has delivered 50+ CPD-accredited events and coordinated cross-functional teams across the sector. She holds a Bachelor of Optometry from UNSW and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner. Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending weekends with her family discovering Sydney’s hidden food gems.

Cozel has a keen eye for detail and a passion for designing people-focused digital solutions. As the first point of contact for customer interactions at Consultmed, Cozel supports doctors and practice teams, resolves queries, and contributes to the overall user experience. A Mass Communication graduate specialising in Journalism and Broadcasting, Cozel brings strong communication skills with experience across recruitment, human resources, and customer support. Keith is a seasoned software developer with over a decade of experience building cloud-based healthcare solutions. With a strong technical foundation and a continuous learning mindset, he constantly explores new tools and methodologies to improve outcomes. Keith holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems and a Bachelor of IT in Applied Computer Science from the University of Southern Queensland. Baden is a software engineer and medical student with a strong interest in building technology that advances healthcare. At Consultmed, he leads the development of integrations with clinical and practice software, drawing on experience with early-stage tech teams in Australia and the UK. Combining engineering expertise with a startup mindset, Baden enjoys collaborative environments where technical quality meets clinical insight. Russel has a strong engineering mindset and a passion for building efficient, scalable systems. At Consultmed, he develops secure, high-performance healthcare solutions, leveraging expertise in Python, Django, and cloud-native technologies such as Azure. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from the University of Wollongong, where his research explored AI-driven tools for medical imaging. Yasmin is a Digital Delivery Lead at Consultmed, with a clinical background in dentistry and a strong foundation in patient care. She holds a Master’s in Health Management and Leadership from UNSW, specialising in healthcare strategy and improving patient journeys. Jimmaylyn is the Deputy Operations Manager at Consultmed, with extensive experience in operations support, business development, and customer service in fast-paced, healthcare-focused, and remote environments. Skilled in virtual assistance, lead generation, and sales operations, she supports cross-functional teams and maintains daily operational efficiency. Chris is a detail-focused QA Officer at Consultmed, supporting quality assurance, quality control, and secure digital healthcare workflows. He works closely with our engineering and product teams to test features, validate releases, and flag issues early, before they impact clinicians or patients. With a background in cybersecurity, Chris brings a strong security-aware approach to testing. Huzefa has a strong focus on building reliable, well-thought-out systems. He brings hands-on experience working with dental and GP clinics, giving him a clear understanding of real-world healthcare workflows and the challenges faced in day-to-day operations. Tommy is an accomplished full stack developer with a degree in Computer Engineering. His passion for technology is evident in his eagerness to explore and quickly learn about new innovation. As well as being fluent in programming languages, Tommy is also fluent in three languages- Hokkien, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
